A non-profit and non-stock corporation formed in 1995 pursuant to the Kentucky Non-profit Corporation Act. The corporation is governed by an eleven-member Board of Directors that includes the City Manager.
To work closely with existing industry in order to encourage expansion and job retention. To promote growth, stability and well being for all citizens by enticing commercial and industrial development. To maintain a listing of available industrial sites/buildings and provide community information to organizations considering expansions or relocations. To attract industry by purchasing, developing and marketing farmland as industrial parks.
